How does it Work?

Decluttering or reorganising your home isn’t just about creating more space — it’s a deeply personal process that can stir up memories, emotions, and sometimes difficult decisions. I understand this, and will always approach our work together with care, compassion, and sensitivity.

There is absolutely no judgment or shame in asking for help. Many people find it hard to let go of items or to know where to begin — that’s where I come in. My role is to guide and support you, never to pressure you.

Before we begin, we’ll have a friendly conversation to understand your goals:

• What would you like your home to feel like once we’ve finished?

• Which areas are your priority?

• Do you have any specific challenges or concerns?

Once we’ve agreed on your aims, we’ll create a plan together. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect and how we’ll achieve your desired results.

As we work through your belongings, we’ll decide together whether each item should stay or go. If it’s going, we’ll determine the best next step:

• Sell – I can help list items on selling platforms and guide you through the process.

• Donate – I can take items to a local charity shop on your behalf.

• Recycle – I can transport recyclable items to the appropriate centre.

By the end of our session, you’ll not only have a more organised and spacious home, but also a clear plan for the items leaving your space. My goal is to make the process as simple, supportive, and stress-free as possible — so you can enjoy the benefits of a calmer, more functional home.
